Andriol and Deca Durabolin

Andriol

Andriol is a newer steroid compared to most others and is taken orally. Andriol contains testosterone undecanoate which can be can be used to assist an athlete in gaining more muscle mass from a normal workout. Testosterone taken orally will not produce these performance boosting effects because of the way in which the liver inhibits the processes that make the testosterone work. Andriol takes the liver out of the equation by allowing the performance enhancing testosterone to enter the body via absorption through the intestines. Because of the chemical processes that take place, Andriol does not produce an overabundance of estrogen byproduct which minimizes the effects of feminization.

Harmful Effects

It may seem as though Andriol is the perfect answer for athletes who are looking to gain an edge with little or no repercussions. However, this drug promises something that is too good to be true. The problem with Andriol is that high dosages must be taken for the drug to produce any noticeable effects. Approximately six capsules that are at least 240 milligrams must be taken throughout a day for an extended period of time for results to be shown. This high dosage puts the user at risk of developing hormonal problems, along with an increase in the amount of sodium and water that is present in the body. The high dosage demands come bundled with a score of health risks and a steep price tag. A 60 capsule package typically costs around $60.

Deca Durabolin

This steroid was first seen on the market during the 1960s and is taken via injection. It is the most used injectable steroid on the market. The steroid allows more nitrogen to be held within muscle tissue which, in turn, allows proteins to be used more effectively. This produces more muscle growth than would normally be possible.

Side Effects

More food that contains protein must be consumed to achieve maximum results as the increased amount of nitrogen quickly uses up the protein that is normally present. Between 200 and 400 milligram per week dosages are recommended for athletes who wish to attain significant results. This steroid produces adverse side effects such as high blood pressure and blood clotting and is not recommended for casual usage.
