Anti-Estrogens

Most steroids cause feminization in males due to an increase in estrogen levels. Anti-estrogens are frequently taken along with steroids in order to offset these effects.

Nolvadex

Nolvadex is used in conjunction with steroids in order to minimize the effects that estrogen causes in the human body. Nolvadex itself is an anti-estrogen that is commonly used in the medical field for breast cancer patients.

What it Does

Nolvadex is used to prevent the occurrence of edema, gynecomastia, as well as fat storage in areas of the body that are synonymous with female characteristics. These three side effects are caused by steroids that make estrogen level too high in the user. Nolvadex inhibits the extra estrogen from effecting areas of the body and also helps in cases where androgen levels have become so low that estrogen has become the predominant hormone in the body. Nolvadex is most commonly taken in dosages of 10 to 20 milligrams per day in conjunction with a steroid.

Clomid

Clomid is another anti-estrogen that reduces the negative effects caused by steroid use. Athletes who engage in high endurance training find that Clomid helps their muscles rejuvenate while athletes who focus on muscle mass building do not see many effects of any kind. Clomid has a positive effect on the cholesterol level of an individual and it is used by women in 10 to 14 day cycles due to the female menstrual cycle.

Thiomucase

Thiomucase is available in cream, liquid, suppository, and injectable form. Thiomucase is a non-steroidal agent that helps reduce fat buildup in certain areas of the body that are caused by steroid use. The drug also acts to expedite the length of time it takes for a steroid to work. This drug eliminates fat deposits by allowing up to 20 percent more water to escape fat cells than would normally be possible. Bodybuilders typically take the drug three times per day for two weeks prior to an event in order to get rid of the fat deposits that take away from their overall desired muscular appearance. Because this drug is used in conjunction with dangerous steroids, it is usually obtained via illegal sources.
